The freedom of a sandal. The protection of a shoe.

When summer arrives, choosing the right footwear isn't always easy. Sneakers can be hot, while many sandals leave feet too exposed and offer little stability.

The RiverStep™ Barefoot were born to offer the perfect balance between both options: the freshness of a sandal and the protection of a hiking shoe, while maintaining the essential principles of barefoot footwear.

Designed for those who enjoy walking, traveling, exploring new paths or simply seeking comfort throughout the day.

Natural movement with every step

Unlike conventional footwear, RiverStep™ allows the foot to move much more naturally.

Its Zero Drop design keeps the heel and forefoot at the same height, promoting a more balanced stride and a more natural body posture.

The wide toe box allows the toes to spread and move freely, helping to restore the natural function of the foot and providing a greater sense of stability on any terrain.

Protection where you really need it

One of the biggest drawbacks of many sandals is leaving the toes completely exposed.

RiverStep™ incorporates a protective toe cap that helps prevent bumps against stones, roots, curbs or any obstacle on the path, allowing you to walk with much more confidence both in the city and in nature.

Enjoy the feeling of freedom without sacrificing safety.

Flexibility that accompanies every movement

Every step requires the foot to flex naturally.

That's why RiverStep™ incorporates an extremely flexible sole that accompanies the foot's movement without restricting it.

It doesn't force the foot to adapt to the footwear.

It's the footwear that adapts to the natural movement of the foot.

This flexibility provides a much more comfortable experience both on short walks and during long days of walking.

Comfort all summer long

Lightweight and highly breathable materials allow air to circulate constantly around the foot, reducing the sensation of heat even on the warmest days.

Their open design facilitates quick drying after walking through wet areas, beaches, or rivers, making them an excellent companion for any summer adventure.

Quick and secure fit

Thanks to its double adjustment system with velcro and a back closure, RiverStep™ easily adapts to different foot types.

In just a few seconds, you'll get a firm, comfortable, and secure fit without the need for laces.

The result is a stable sandal that stays in place even when walking on uneven terrain.
